1. About the essence of the work
“If you had to describe the key mission of your role in the company in just a few sentences — what would it be?”

My key mission is to provide unhindered and effective legal support for all business processes of the company, minimize legal risks and guarantee the protection of the Company’s interests in relations with partners. I oversee the work of a team of highly qualified lawyers who support complex and multi-million dollar litigation with the highest level of responsibility.

2. About management principles
“What management principle or rule do you consider unshakable when working with a team? Can you give an example where it played a key role?”

3. About leadership
“In your view, what is the true strength of a leader — authority, the ability to inspire, or something else?”

The true power of a leader is the ability to create an environment of trust and inspiration. Authority is important, but without sincere support and an inspiring example, it is fleeting. A leader must lead, clearly show the path and motivate to develop professionally.

4. About energy and resource state
“What becomes your source of energy when professional or project challenges demand maximum focus?”

The source of energy is victory in truly difficult and interesting matters. In such a situation, rather bureaucratic legal work turns into a kind of detective story, where you need to analyze, search and logically connect facts.

5. About productivity
“Share your main tool or method that helps you stay focused and effective in multitasking conditions.”

My main tool is structured daily planning and prioritization of tasks using the “important-urgent” principle. I also regularly hold short meetings to synchronize the team and monitor progress.

6. About inspiration
“Do you have a book, quote, or philosophical principle that supports you in moments of uncertainty or crisis?”

There is no specific quote that fully reflects my attitude towards focus in the face of multiple tasks. But Marie Kondo's book The Magic of Tidying Up at Work lays out an important concept - the need to focus on what really matters, getting rid of everything unnecessary. This applies to work too: to stay effective and stay productive, it's important to filter tasks and keep your attention on what's important. I completely trust my team because I know that together we will focus on key issues and deliver everything at the highest level.
