The key mission of a corporate lawyer is to provide legal protection for a business and contribute to the achievement of its strategic goals. This is achieved through proactive enterprise risk management, creating an effective legal framework for operations and transactions, and ensuring the company's compliance with legal requirements. The better a corporate lawyer does his job, the less visible it is.

2. About management principles
“What management principle or rule do you consider unshakable when working with a team? Can you give an example where it played a key role?”

Rule – Delegate and trust, but verify. It is necessary to build a quality control system in the team, where senior lawyers train junior lawyers, but are responsible for the final result. This is the only way to scale. It is difficult to give a specific example, given the number of companies served, such situations arise every day and the rule works.

3. About leadership
“In your view, what is the true strength of a leader — authority, the ability to inspire, or something else?”

In my opinion, the real strength of a leader among corporate lawyers is his influence. He makes sure that the corporate lawyer function is perceived by colleagues not as a “bureau of obstacles”, but as a strategic partner who helps the business grow faster and more confidently.

4. About energy and resource state
“What becomes your source of energy when professional or project challenges demand maximum focus?”

For maximum concentration, a corporate lawyer needs more than just silence in the office. He needs the “mental energy” that comes from the intersection of an interesting task, recognition of his contribution, and the realization that his work has real meaning for the company. Besides the above, yoga is a source of energy for me. Even basic physical activity helps keep the body in the necessary tone.
