Detailed Information

1. About the essence of the work
“If you had to describe the key mission of your role in the company in just a few sentences — what would it be?”

My task is for people to know about Gazstroyprom, to want to cooperate with it and to work within it. So that the company is perceived as a leader in industrial construction - modern, reliable and large-scale. I am responsible for ensuring that all our information platforms are filled with meaning, so that they inspire, engage, and charge. So that everyone who comes into contact with SHG understands: this is not just a construction holding company, but a team of strong people who are doing a great job.

3. About leadership
“In your view, what is the true strength of a leader — authority, the ability to inspire, or something else?”

The real strength of a leader is to have a thorough knowledge of the processes he manages. I am convinced: before you lead, you need to go through each stage yourself. This creates respect and trust in the team when you speak the same language with people. In addition, a leader is a person who is constantly learning. He understands technological trends, feels what is modern and what is outdated. Leadership is not about status. It's about relevance, knowledge, flexibility and constant development.

4. About energy and resource state
“What becomes your source of energy when professional or project challenges demand maximum focus?”

When a project requires maximum concentration, I always mentally transport myself to the end. I visualize the result, imagine my feelings at the moment when everything is completed. This allows you to “jump forward,” and then rewind and clearly understand what needs to be done here and now in order to achieve the desired outcome. And, of course, it is important to be able to reboot. For me it's wakeboarding. An hour on the water, where you only think about how to hold on, do a new trick and not hurt yourself. This is a great shake-up that resets and returns energy. The second way is learning a foreign language. When you switch to another language system, the brain restarts, as if turning on another operating system. After such a “language switch”, you return to work with new focus and inspiration.

5. About productivity
“Share your main tool or method that helps you stay focused and effective in multitasking conditions.”

6. About inspiration
“Do you have a book, quote, or philosophical principle that supports you in moments of uncertainty or crisis?”

When it seems like everything is complicated, I just turn on “GSP Stars,” a hit from “Tender Band.” There the group leader makes it clear... to put it mildly... there is no point in whining!

7. About the team and corporate culture
“What do you value most in our team or company? The trait that sets us apart from others?”
