GSP LEADERS_2026
DMITRIY GORODNOV
Detailed Information
1. About the essence of the work
“If you had to describe the key mission of your role in the company in just a few sentences — what would it be?”
I believe that the key mission of my role in the company is automation and continuous improvement of documentation processes. Avoiding routine monotonous tasks and reducing time spent working with documents in the ESED.
2. About management principles
“What management principle or rule do you consider unshakable when working with a team? Can you give an example where it played a key role?”
For me, the main management principle is a clear formulation of goals and objectives for subordinates, training for leaders from Evgeniy Ilyin helped me a lot in this, namely the formulation of the task to employees according to the ICS criteria (I - the result, what the result should be, K - the criteria, by what criteria the task will be assessed, C - the deadline, by what time the task should be completed).
3. About leadership
“In your view, what is the true strength of a leader — authority, the ability to inspire, or something else?”
In my opinion, the real strength of a leader is the ability to develop the potential of their star employees who are involved in their work and want to develop and grow professionally. It is important for me to help them learn new skills, competencies, and pass on their experience and knowledge.
4. About energy and resource state
“What becomes your source of energy when professional or project challenges demand maximum focus?”
5. About productivity
“Share your main tool or method that helps you stay focused and effective in multitasking conditions.”
6. About inspiration
“Do you have a book, quote, or philosophical principle that supports you in moments of uncertainty or crisis?”
At such moments, I often remember the phrase of our leader N.S. Tarasova. on one of the planning meetings: “Changes are inevitable – the amount of suffering is optional.” I can also note that I am for positive thinking, no matter what happens. I always set myself up for the good, I enjoy even small pleasant moments that others often don’t notice at all, I focus only on the positive and tell myself: “I can do anything, I can do anything.”
7. About the team and corporate culture
“What do you value most in our team or company? The trait that sets us apart from others?”
