1. About the essence of the work
“If you had to describe the key mission of your role in the company in just a few sentences — what would it be?”

I would like to believe that my mission is to be the chronicler of the company, to preserve and tell its history through the destinies of people. So that the memory of them and their work does not dissolve in everyday life, but remains alive and significant in the future.

2. About management principles
“What management principle or rule do you consider unshakable when working with a team? Can you give an example where it played a key role?”

For me, the main thing is trust and respect. Without this, it is impossible to go through serious stress. For example, at the Stroy-Hero festival, with its extremely irregular schedule, we could have quarreled to smithereens due to fatigue if we had not worked like a real team. When people accept each other and support each other, they are able to withstand any stress.

3. About leadership
“In your view, what is the true strength of a leader — authority, the ability to inspire, or something else?”

The strength of a leader for me is in example. This is an opportunity to show people the way and give them confidence that they can cope.

4. About energy and resource state
“What becomes your source of energy when professional or project challenges demand maximum focus?”

The main source of energy is the closest and dearest people. Communication with them and their support restores strength in any difficult times. Chess or playing the guitar, if you have it at hand, helps you recover quickly. And, of course, walks are very energizing. By the way, thanks to work, lectures and accompanying delegations, I have acquired a new hobby - I enjoy leading excursions for colleagues and friends. My main trick is to just start. As a result, even the most difficult work moves forward. If you start, you will definitely finish. Yes, sometimes you work like a multi-machine operator, but in much more comfortable conditions - after all, our processes are not mechanical, but creative.
