The key mission of my role is to form and develop the management of a portfolio of construction projects, creating a transparent system that ensures a balance of priorities, resources and deadlines to achieve the company's strategic goals.

The main principles are mutual respect, trust and transparency. Understanding the common goals and significance of your work provides the necessary result.

The real power of a leader comes from uniting people around a common goal and inspiring them to achieve it.

Prioritization and systematic planning help maintain efficiency. In conditions of multitasking, the main principle is “first things first,” what brings the greatest value.

The principles of stoicism are close to me: “Accept the inevitable with dignity” and “Conquering the peak is just a step towards achieving the next goal.”
