Detailed Information

1. About the essence of the work
“If you had to describe the key mission of your role in the company in just a few sentences — what would it be?”

My key mission is to fully staff the construction supervision team across the Group of companies (and also to keep harmony and peace of mind inside the department).

2. About management principles
“What management principle or rule do you consider unshakable when working with a team? Can you give an example where it played a key role?”

A team works much more effectively when everyone does their own tasks.
And don’t forget breaks for a laugh with coffee and sweets!

3. About leadership
“In your view, what is the true strength of a leader — authority, the ability to inspire, or something else?”

A leader’s strength is the ability to keep balance when others lose it.

4. About energy and resource state
“What becomes your source of energy when professional or project challenges demand maximum focus?”

The department team and my creative playlist.

5. About productivity
“Share your main tool or method that helps you stay focused and effective in multitasking conditions.”

6. About inspiration
“Do you have a book, quote, or philosophical principle that supports you in moments of uncertainty or crisis?”

My philosophical principle in communication and work is: “You reap what you sow,” so I try to do everything responsibly and with heart.

7. About the team and corporate culture
“What do you value most in our team or company? The trait that sets us apart from others?”

8. About the atmosphere
“If your work could be ‘scored’ — what musical piece or genre would it be associated with? Why?”

Creating and maintaining an effective system of working with people, which directly affects business results. We don't just react to events, we use data and analytics to anticipate problems and opportunities.

My key mission is to assemble a full staff of KSP specialists in the Group of Companies (as well as maintain harmony and peace of mind within the department).

A team works much more effectively when everyone is doing their part.

And don’t forget about the “hee hee” breaks with coffee and conference!

The strength of a leader is the ability to maintain balance when others do not.

I work for moral and strong-willed people! Due to multitasking, focus often gets lost; at such moments I am motivated by “I have to” and “No one will do this but you.”

My philosophical principle in communication and work is: “What goes around comes around,” so I try to do everything responsibly and with soul.

In general, you can put together a whole playlist as a description of a multifaceted working day. To put it simply, let it be this composition:
