Detailed Information

1. About the essence of the work
“If you had to describe the key mission of your role in the company in just a few sentences — what would it be?”

Albeit too ambitious, I really want to believe that my mission is to eliminate the format of “fire” work in the Company by setting up a project management system and developing strategic thinking. I admit, I myself am not a guru in this direction, but it was not the gods who fired the pots, we will learn together. Today I see the future of the entire company through the prism of this mission. And I won’t lie that promptly resolving issues produces quick visible and motivating results, and setting up systemic work will not soon yield obvious results, but if you don’t deal with the distant horizon, then there will be no salvation from operational “burning” tasks that pour in like from a cornucopia with all the ensuing consequences. There are also, of course, local small missions in other directions at work, but they are probably not of interest for this profile))))

2. About management principles
“What management principle or rule do you consider unshakable when working with a team? Can you give an example where it played a key role?”

Personally, in my managerial activities, I adhere to the principle of not giving step-by-step instructions to employees, yes, you can give several directions (if required) and that’s it, otherwise employees simply stop thinking, come and wait for the manager to tell them what next step they should take, in general, they work in the “Assignment” plane, and not in the “Goal” plane, I think that it is clear how this affects the work routine of the manager and the personal development, independence and responsibility of the team. But employees should never be left without help, if it is really needed!

3. About leadership
“In your view, what is the true strength of a leader — authority, the ability to inspire, or something else?”

If we are talking about the “Leader” in general, and not about managers, then the strength of a true leader is to keep a “cool” head and instill confidence and calm in his team even in the most difficult moments, to unite people and, of course, to inspire so that qualified and talented people want to create, and not pretend =)))). But, of course, we need to start with forming a balanced and competent team.

4. About energy and resource state
“What becomes your source of energy when professional or project challenges demand maximum focus?”

5. About productivity
“Share your main tool or method that helps you stay focused and effective in multitasking conditions.”
